If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the items. Returns must be back to our store within 10 days of the date received.
YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF:
- ITEM IS UNWORN, UNWASHED, + UNALTERED
- ITEM IS FREE OF STAINS, PET HAIR, + ODOR
- ITEM WAS NOT MARKED FINAL SALE
- YOU ARE INSIDE OF THE DATES FOR RETURNS LISTED ABOVE
Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS include: sale items, door-busters, preorders, jewelry, swimwear, + accessories.
Items purchased during a SALE or marked down items are FINAL SALE!
If items have been held on a reserve for you, the 14 day return period starts the day the item was held for you
- The customer is responsible for the return postage and we encourage you to use a shipping method that provides tracking information as Lexi Jade's will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
- What to include in return package - MUST include order # and/or packing slip or return can not be processed.
- Once we receive the return please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be processed.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Excessive Return Policy
To help maintain fair pricing and inventory availability, we monitor return activity on customer accounts. Accounts with a return rate of 15% or higher may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on future returns.
We reserve the right to review, limit, or refuse returns from accounts that show excessive or unusual return activity.
