• ITEM IS UNWORN, UNWASHED, + UNALTERED 
• ITEM IS FREE OF STAINS, PET HAIR, + ODOR
• ITEM WAS NOT MARKED 'ON SALE' or 'FINAL SALE'
• YOU ARE INSIDE OF THE DATES FOR RETURNS LISTED ABOVE 

Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS include: sale items, door-busters, preorders, seasonal graphics, jewelry, hats, swimwear, + accessories.

• The customer is responsible for the return postage and we encourage you to use a shipping method that provides tracking information as Lexi Jade's will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
• What to include in return package - MUST include order # and/or packing slip or return can not be processed.
• Once we receive the return please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be processed.
