- ITEM WAS NOT MARKED FINAL SALE
- YOU ARE INSIDE OF THE DATES FOR RETURNS LISTED ABOVE
Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS include: sale items, door-busters, preorders, seasonal graphics, jewelry, hats, swimwear, + accessories.
- The customer is responsible for the return postage and we encourage you to use a shipping method that provides tracking information as Lexi Jade's will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
What to include in return package - MUST include order # and/or packing slip or return can not be processed.
- Once we receive the return please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be processed.
